All of my work is guaranteed for 12 months
I will never leave a job until I am happy that it is completely perfect. If any defects develop in any of my work within the 12 month period after the work has been completed, I will return and repair it free of charge. This guarantee excludes any damages or very extensive 'wear and tear'. A certificate of guarantee with terms and conditions will be given to all customers upon job completion.
Public Liability Insurance
I am covered by full public liability insurance with Your Insurance. Should damage be caused to your property by TPI, this insurance will cover the costs. Please Contact Me for policy details.
Customer Advice Service
Once I have completed work for you, you will be registered with my Customer Advice Service. You may then feel free to contact me at any time with any questions you may have about your home improvements and I will make my best efforts to help and advise you.
